Finished Goods Shed

A key component of the multi‑million‑dollar site upgrade currently underway at our Smithfield facility is the construction of a new high‑capacity storage shed designed to accommodate approximately 400 pallet spaces. This purpose‑built structure has been carefully planned to respond directly to the client's growing operational demands, particularly the need for increased finished‑goods storage and more efficient outbound logistics.

The facility includes an 8‑metre cantilevered dry loading awning, providing substantial covered loading and unloading space. This design feature ensures goods can be handled safely and efficiently in all weather conditions, minimising delays, reducing product exposure, and improving overall site productivity.

By increasing on‑site pallet storage capacity and improving loading operations, the new shed significantly enhances the site's operational resilience and scalability. The development supports smoother supply chain flows, better inventory management, and long‑term business growth, while also adding considerable functional and asset value to the Smithfield site.
