Our client requested a complete overhaul of a light industrial site with the aim to strata subdivide and sell individually.
Being mostly tenanted units during the construction phase we gave extra attention to the tenants needs with careful and thoughtful planning and management.
The resulting premises were far more impressive and were successfully sold as a result of the upgrade works completed by Synergy Construction Group.
Works on this 'tired site' included:
Asbestos removal; roof repairs, new skylights, and ventilation throughout
Individual electrical & water metres
New hydrant main from the street and unit fire separation works
DDA Compliant toilet
Individual unit upgrades including new shop-front doors and windows, new flooring, new bathrooms, kitchens, and amenities including waterproofing, warehouse floor rectification
Repainting the entire site
Relining the asphalt driveway with line-marking for car space allocation
New site signage, landscaping and the installation of security gates and perimeter fencing
