Industrial Re-Roofing

Synergy Construction Group delivered a large-scale industrial re-roofing upgrade for a major manufacturing facility in Bathurst, NSW, replacing 3,759m² of deteriorated roof sheeting while the site remained fully operational. Through careful staging, detailed planning, and strict safety controls, the works were completed efficiently without disrupting daily production.

The project scope included the removal and replacement of ageing roof sheeting, safe dismantling of outdated plumbing and HVAC pipework, installation of upgraded service lines to improve performance, and the integration of new HVAC biofilters to enhance air-quality systems. To further strengthen site safety and long-term accessibility, our team extended the existing roof walkway and installed a compliant perimeter handrail system.

The completed upgrade has significantly improved the facility's structural integrity, safety standards, and service reliability.
