• Individual unit upgrades included

  • new flooring
  • new bathrooms, kitchens, and amenities including waterproofing
  • warehouse floor rectification
• Repainting the entire site
• Relining the asphalt driveway with line-marking for car space allocation
• New site signage, landscaping and the installation of security gates and perimeter fencing

The resulting premises were far more impressive and were successfully sold as a result of the upgrade works completed by Synergy Construction Group.
