What started as an upstairs bathroom renovation ended with the home being revitalized.
After we completed a bathroom renovation for our lovely clients they asked us to continue working on the home with the view to expanding their outdoor living options.
We started with adding much needed guest accommodation by converting the garage to a garden studio and kids breakout space. Then we moved on to the outside, recladding the main deck, adding a BBQ alcove and nook, and topped it off with an elevated roof.
The roof is sheeted in Opal Danaplon for that sleek and seamless look, and the new the timber is Queensland Spotted Gum to add the warmth and movement.
We just can’t go past all the decking lining up from the floor to the roof, we love that attention to detail. Nice job team.
This home renovation and garden apartment project added value to the Balgowlah Heights home and created a stylish, functional and private outdoor area for the family.
