In the leafy Sydney suburb of Greenwich, we were requested to extend the back of an existing house and rejuvenate the internal layout to allow the owners to enjoy contemporary, open plan living whilst still retaining private spaces.
Our client wanted to connect the new lounge room with the rear deck to create that alfresco feel. The new elevated kitchen overlooks the living areas with a large skylight really brightening up the space. Spotted gum timber floors throughout and skylights help to maximise the drama of the new living space.
The project also included new roof tiling, upgrades to the master suite, walk in robe and an ensuite, as well as new render and exterior painting.
Taking on this residential renovation project, Synergy Construction Group completely recreated the back half of the house, creating an open plan living/dining and kitchen area. This project was more than a basic home renovation job and required careful planning due to its occupation throughout the build.
The result is a far more modern family home that is functional and looks beautiful.
